-Most merchandise vendors accept debit/credit cards for shopping.  However, several of the food vendors are cash only.
-Cell service is limited.
-Cash is quickest and easiest.

-Portable toilets will be at the festival site.

Parking onsite:

-We encourage carpooling because of limited parking space. The venue is located in the hills of the Monadnock Region and we want to be sensitive to the neighbors of the area. Carpooling means less traffic. Parking passes for onsite parking are available for purchase as a separate add on ticket. Once onsite parking is sold out, you will need to park off site (see Parking Offsite). Parking on site will only be allowed for those people who hold a valid Hillfest Parking pass, have a VIP ticket (parking is included with your VIP ticket) or are sponsors of the event. All others will be asked to park off site. You will be allowed to drop off festival attendees and park off site if needed.

Parking offsite:

Due to the growth of the festival over the years, it has become necessary for us to add offsite parking as the festival site can no longer handle all of the vehicles parking on site. We have added FREE parking off site at Mascenic Regional High School located at 175 Turnpike Road in New Ipswich, NH. Parking at this location will be free and busses will be provided to shuttle you to the festival site. Busses will begin bringing attendees to the festival at 1:30 pm and run continuously as needed. Busses will run approximately every 15-20 mins. Busses will continue to run as needed until approximately 1 hr post show. parking ticket or a VIP ticket (which includes parking) will be allowed to park on site. We ask that if you do not hold a valid parking pass that you do not try to come to the site as we will have to turn you around and send you the shuttle lot. Anyone who cannot physically ride on a bus will be allowed to be dropped off at the festival grounds, but the vehicle will not be allowed to stay on site. If you have any further questions about this, please email info@hillfestevents.com

We thank you for your understanding.

Is there cell service?

-Cell service is poor at best.  In case of emergency there will be security officers, staff and EMTs on duty.  The town of New Ipswich is aware of this event and will be ready to respond if necessary.

Handicap Accessibility:

Those with a handicap plate or placard may park in handicap parking at the venue. Parking passes are still required. Handicap accessible drop off is available for those needing access accommodations who do not hold a parking pass.

Tier Ticketing:

Tier ticketing refers to the pricing structure. The tiers offer savings to those who purchase their tickets early as each tier has a limited amount of tickets available. Once a tier sells out, you will only be able to purchase tickets in the next available pricing tier. All tickets (regardless of the tier purchased) are for General Admission. Seating and access is the same for each tier.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

-Email info@hillfestevents.com
-The organizer will be very hard to get a hold of the day of the festival. Please submit any questions as early as possible.

What is the refund policy?

-Refunds will not be given due to rain, inclement weather, changes in venue, or artist appearance. Artists are subject to change.
-
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for delays or partial cancellations of the festival.

Hillfest IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. There are NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges.
